Director of Research - CONNECT Project
We are currently inviting applications for a passionate and detail-oriented Director of Research to join our CONNECT (CT Community Engagement Training) Project team. The CONNECT Project is a statewide, mandated police training focused on procedural justice, implicit bias, and reconciliation, which seeks to enhance trust and engagement between communities and local police departments.
Social Science and Law Postdoctoral Fellow/Associate Research Scholar
We are currently inviting applications for a 2025-2026 postdoctoral fellowship. This position is intended for individuals who are interested in an academic or policy career working on the intersections of social science and law, with a particular interest in conducting research that informs improvements in outcomes and legitimacy of the criminal justice system.

The Justice Collaboratory is commissioning talented visual artists for Volume 2 of The Notebook.
The Notebook is a platform dedicated to exploring critical themes through writing, visual art, and interdisciplinary exchange. Each volume brings together unique voices to examine a central theme – Volume 2 centers on solidarities: the connections we build, the collective actions we take, and the communities we nurture across geographies, struggles, and imaginations. The Justice Collaboratory is committed to building, nurturing, and leveraging connections to affect mutual support and transformation.
